Meet Tammy

At it's most basic explanation, I believe that each of us are unique and that is intentional. For over a decade, I have experienced meaning and seamless work in a way that is so natural to my unique skills, talents, and personality, that I know that it's possible to live your life, your activities, and your work in away that aligns to who you are meant to be. 
 

I do this in 2 ways.

1--Work with entrepreneurs and leaders to align the organizational goals, people, and systems toward efficiently meeting organizational strategy.  Specializing in Virtual Teams & Organizations, from strategic development, leadership coaching programs, or process efficiencies, I have helped leaders change, tweak, and move toward aligning for growth.

2--Helping individuals to identify, clarify, and apply their Unique Purpose to their lives. Using my personal experience in 2009, I created this unique transformational system for you to follow...to provide your unique value to others in the world.
